Ate out (Japanese) after comedy festival show Friday and it was awesome! Mexican take-away Saturday. Careful with portion control balanced with being a bit more relaxed with evening meals on Fri & Sat. Can be challenging managing choices (i.e. protein plus greens \ veg vs carbs) and portion control when eating out socially and when staying with partners \ friends \ family. Planning and personal guidelines ahead of time are excellent tools.
10.7km walking yesterday @ completed week at 37.3km. Previous weeks were better with 40.2, 45.7, 55.6. Weekend distance is important because it is often the least constrained.
Walk later. Self-Reminder to kick off new week with good km’s! Hard to log more than 5 or 6k’s on weekdays with work consuming between 7am & 9pm.
